Power Breakfast with Dicky Sykes

Dicky Sykes, is responsible for developing, expanding and monitoring the District’s Diversity on Business Practices Program by analyzing structural impediments, which can be embedded in policy, procedure and operational guidelines.

Dicky has developed intiatives that create more synergy and communications between the small business community, contracting officers, buyers, project managers and the supplier diversity team. She is the creator of Business Symposiums series: “Shark Tank” and “Chopped” Catering Competitions and the Power Networking series The Million Dollar Roundtable Town Hall, Best Practices in Supplier Diversity and Sustainability, Tri County Power Panel, Meet the Prime Contractors and the annual Women’s Empowerment Summit.
