Young At Art Museum

Young At Art Museum (YAA) is a nationally and internationally recognized, award-winning, one-of-a-kind interactive art museum, and a leading non-profit cultural organization in the State of Florida. YAA has been at the forefront of arts education in Broward County since 1989. Our mission: To enrich our community through artistic, interactive experiences for all ages which inspire creativity and encourage an understanding of the world in which we live.

YAA has inspired and enriched the lives of children and adults through its galleries, educational programs, public events, and community initiatives, impacting over 100,000 individuals each year. As a leader in art and cultural education for over 30 years, YAA is proud of the role it plays in Florida’s arts community. We are equally proud of the groundbreaking initiatives that define YAA’s dedication to providing arts to the underserved – ArtREACH for homeless youth; Girls Empowered for at-risk teens; YAA for ALL serving children and adults with autism or sensory sensitivities; and our newest community initiative, YAA On-The-Go, an art bus that will travel South Florida serving low-income communities. YAA At Home is our new digital initiative designed to keep families artistically engaged at home. YAA creates uplifting interactive experiences for the community by offering Virtual 360° tours of the museum’s unique galleries. In addition, YAA provides downloadable art activities by prominent guest artists and videos by affiliated artists.
