Mic Check

Developing Dreams Foundation continues to reach out to community to develop and build up our own talents and promising children from South Florida. ‘Mic Check’ Vocal Showcase was designed to create a place for vocal performing artists and artists development teams to meet. ‘Mic Check’ provides a platform for developing a craft, honing a skill, testing new material or simply doing what you love. This vocal showcase will be comprised of over 2 dozen vocalist performing some of your classic favorites, today’s top 40, original music, poetry and rap. Talents and participants will have the opportunity to perform for; record executives, producers, managers, record labels, artist development teams and  local talent agencies. We believe this opportunity will help artists to grow in their craft and give them an understanding of the process of what it takes to have a career in the music industry.
