Every year, the Coral Springs Museum of Art is proud to host an annual fundraiser with the mission to raise support for the Museum’s innovative and educational art programs and exhibitions. This year, the Museum will present The Masterpiece Event: Butcher & Blues on Thursday, September 11, 2014.
Photographer Clyde Butcher, the Ansel Adams of Florida, is the honored celebrity guest for this event. Guests will be able to meet Clyde and view his newest body of work, Preserving Eden: Clyde Butcher’s Florida Photographs, in the Museum’s Main Gallery. Retired pro football players, Darryl Williams and Darrell Fullington, will also be attending the event as celebrity guests.
Attendees will be able to mingle with the celebrity guests, enjoy live entertainment, bid on auction items and enjoy delicious BBQ and other wonderful dishes provided by area restaurants and caterers.
Preserving Eden: Clyde Butcher’s Florida Photographs produced by the South Florida Museum, Bishop Planetarium, Inc. is made possible with assistance from Clyde Butcher Galleries. Exhibit toured by the South Florida Museum Traveling Exhibits Service.
