Author Lecture and Book Signing: Bruce Helander: Dale Chihuly: An Artist Collects

Dale Chihuly is considered one of the most iconic figures in contemporary art. He is also an avid collector of everything from ceramic dogs and inkwells to vintage Christmas ornaments, accordions, dollhouse furniture and plastic radios.

Fully illustrated , Chihuly: An Artist Collects includes an essay by Chihuly’s friend, artist Bruce Helander, who considers why people collect and explores the collections of other artists such as Pablo Picasso, Andy Warhol, and Damien Hirst.
