Funding Arts Broward has announced its call for grant applications for 2020 funding. Local 501(c)3 arts organizations are encouraged to apply by the deadline of January 25, 2019, to be considered for funding.
“FAB! is proud to serve as a viable funding source for a variety of outstanding performing and visual arts organizations in our community,” said Harvey Shapiro, co-chair of the FAB! Grants Committee. “We encourage local arts organizations to submit grant applications for their innovative and quality arts programming that entertain and inspire both local residents and area visitors.”
The most recent funding cycle included grants to 26 organizations including Girl Choir of South Florida, Florida Children’s Theatre, Island City Stage, Old Dillard Foundation, South Florida Wind Pride Ensemble and more.
To apply, organizations must be based in Broward, Palm Beach or Miami-Dade County and offer visual, music or performing arts-focused programming in Broward County. Eligibility requirements and applications can be found online at fundingartsbroward.org/grants/grant-applications.
