The City’s intimate 296-seat theatre with mezzanine features a full production-size stage and state-of-the-art sound and lighting. Simply put, there’s not a bad seat in the house. Make the Civic Center Theatre your first choice for quality, affordable entertainment, including theatrical presentations, musical performances and children’s programming.
The Civic Center is also home to a beautiful outdoor amphitheater. Ideal for musical and theatrical performances, it’s one of the sites of the City’s popular “Tunes N Trucks” concert series, which runs annually from October through May.

Tickets can also be purchased in person and by phone from our Box Office during box office hours (see below). Please note: There are NO refunds or exchanges given for any tickets purchased.
Box Office hours: Tuesdays and Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturdays 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., and one hour before shows.
About the Art Gallery
Sunrise’s municipal Art Gallery has showcased traveling exhibits, as well as the work of area artists. To celebrate new openings, the Gallery hosts free receptions (unless otherwise noted) that introduce Sunrise residents to the talented people behind the artwork.
