Rock 'N' Blues Fest

Giants of rock and blues Johnny Winter Band, Edgar Winter Band, Vanilla Fudge, Peter Rivera (Rare Earth) and Kim Simmonds (Savoy Brown) bring hot fun in the summertime to the Broward Center with the Rock 'N' Blues Fest. Joining Johnny for the Rock 'N' Blues "ride" will be his younger brother, Edgar Winter, with his monster FM radio hit "Free Ride" and the chart-topping rocker "Frankenstein." The rock band Vanilla Fudge features original members Mark Stein on organ, lead guitarist Vince Martell, drummer Carmine Appice and bassist Pete Bremy. Get ready to rock with "You Keep Me Hangin' On," a slowed-down, trippy, hard-rock cover of a song originally recorded by The Supremes, which features Appice's energetic drumming.
