KCC Productions presents LeNard Rutledge in "Cole Porter and Friends"

Miami-born LeNard Rutledge brings his robust vocals to the Sunrise Civic Center Theater in an evening of classic songs by Cole Porter and others of the era. Often compared to legendary Lou Rawls, Rutledge’s silky voice is backed up by a group led by Jim Gasior.In response to the 2006 release of his first independent album, Hello World, the Miami New Times voted Rutledge Best Jazz Artist of the Year. Rutledge’s silky voice and classy elegance have made him one of the most sought-after vocal talents in contemporary jazz.
