Funk&Flow Grand Opening Movement Bash

Funk&Flow is Fort Lauderdale’s new movement space – we teach a variety of feel gooood yoga + dance fitness.

Please join us for our GRAND OPENING BASH – a fun(k)-filled day of movement, delicious bites & bevs, local vendors, discounted package deals, raffles, LIVE Art, LIVE DJ, and LIVE music by SoleMark – one of our favorite local bands.

Wear clothes that support your fullest moves + grooves. Class Lineup as follows:

11:30-12:30 Feel Good Flow
1:00-2:00 SoleMark
2:45-3:15 The WorkIN
3:30-4:30 Fullout FUNK + HipHop 4ALL
4:45-5:30 YINspired + LIVE vocals Relaxation
We support local and encourage you to do the same! We’ll have vendors you can shop + local businesses sharing their love – CoffeHub Cafe, Kombulicios, Fresh Meal Plan, ShideAWords – to name a few!

PLEASE BRING:

a mat for yoga + the WorkIN (we have some to use if you don’t have)
athletic shoes if you plan to dance (funk & hiphop)
cash for raffle + anything else you want to buy (or card for admission/vendors)
yourself in all your radiant, hungry, thirsty, and movement-craving beauty!
We request a minimum contribution of $10 for admission. All classes, food/bevs + jams included. You can contribute online or at the door. Cash or card is fine at the door.

We are so excited to provide the commmunity with a taste of our feel good moves. We look forward to sharing our space with you, basking in the joys of movement, music, human connection, and “a latte coffe” 🙂
