(teacher will demonstrate & give clear directions with posture modifications for all levels & newbies)

 Look for teacher w/ Yoga mat, social distance markers on sand for each person.

 PARKING: Plenty metered parking across the street – NE 9th street. Or at Vistamar street.
Flat rate parking in Birch State Park or Free on west side of bridge/main landside (15 min walk)
