Tchaikovsky and living American composer and Miami resident Frederic Glesser go head to head to win your heart.
Emoticoncert is a head to head competition between Tchaikovsky and an American composer on who is the best at portraying emotion in music. Round 3 of Emoticoncert pits three Tchaikovsky works inspired by love: Romeo and Juliet, the letter aria from Eugene Onegin, and the second movement of Symphony No. 5 against living American composer Frederick Glesser’s new work, A Distant Love.
