This third annual exhibition of its kind will be featuring the outstanding artwork such Broward County noteables, as Timothy Leistner, Bonnie Orbach, Lori Pratico, Elizabeth Reed, Terre Rybovich and Jennyfer Toplak, along with Liora Davis and Georgeta Fondos who are organizing this year's event. All are Artist as an Entrepreneur Institute (AEI) graduates.

Through the Artist as Entrepreneur Institute program of study, Broward County has helped more than 250 artists learn to build their business skills. This four-week class exposes artists to the tools and steps necessary to become successful artist entrepreneurs. Success of this program comes in the form of the annual exhibition -Doing Business as... Artist Entrepreneurs ” and it is the creation of earlier AEI graduates LeeAnna Yater, Virginia Fifield, and Jacklyn Laflamme who will also be exhibiting in this years show.

There will be a special closing educational forum held at Gallery 6 on February 23, 2011. Exhibiting artists will be available to speak on their experiences and to share what they’ve learned on the importance of developing business skills concurrent with developing their artistic talent.

The events and exhibit are free and open to the public.
