The Art of Meditation and Mandalas

Meditation will be dispersed throughout this workshop grounding us along our journey. During the abstract drawing section, your creativity will flourish by allowing clear emotions & visuals to surface during this letting go activity aligned to music. By the end, everyone will have a completed artwork to take home.

We will create beautiful healing energy working side by side. No artistic experience is necessary. Class is taught using paper, canvas, pastel, & water-soluble markers for a painterly affect. All supplies provided. Lori Arbel, a professional artist with 17+ years of experience, will guide you through this experience.
