Sistrunk Festival

The Sistrunk Historical Organization is bringing the URBAN MUSIC FESTIVAL back to the street FREE FOR ALL TO ENJOY! In partnership with the City of Fort Lauderdale, we are excited to present to you and welcome you to the 2016 URBAN MUSIC FESTIVAL.  Immediately following the annual Sistrunk Parade, two stages will house informative community-based presentations and star-studded entertainment.  The Festival will be located between Northwest Ninth Avenue and Northwest Twelfth Avenue on Sistrunk Boulevard.  The Sistrunk Historical Organization has been hosting over thirty years of unforgettable multi-cultural, high powered concert and community experiences and entertainment.  Originally called the Sistrunk Historical Street Festival, the Festival has grown to transitioned into the URBAN MUSIC FESTIVAL, one of the most highly regarded and anticipated community and music festival events in the tri-county area.
