About Sara Schesser Bartra: Sara is an artist and scientist that has lived around the world. Born in Argentina, she holds a Swedish citizenship and is now a resident in South Florida. She has always been drawn to the creative process in different ways and her unique background has inspired her to create surrealistic paintings. She captures the ordinary and makes it extraordinary, adding small details that are not necessarily obvious. She also paints motives from her surroundings. She uses oils and acrylic and diverse materials to create textures and dimension.
About Agneta Anderson: Agneta was born in the Nordic light, raised with a Scandinavian touch and grew up surrounded by historical architecture, antique art and furniture mixed by contemporary design. This mix became her origin and left a deep imprint on her signature brush stroke.
A figurative language and a powerful imagination have always been a strong part of Agneta’s identity. She came from generations of curious creators, brave adventurers and self-made artists from the arctic north. Like her. “Capture, develop and refine, with a love for color, texture, form and beauty in all shapes.”The inspiration from being among and around different expressions of art and people, triggers her impressions, thoughts and experiences from life as it presents itself to her and all her senses. She has a playful and experimental approach to creating art. Her mediums are plentiful, but mostly she works with acrylic and mixed media.
