This comprehensive hands-on cooking class covers a variety of knife cuts, how to care, sharpen and store one of the most important tools in your kitchen. We'll incorporate your expertly-cut ingredients to make a Tuscan white bean and kale soup and crostini, to be enjoyed at the end of class. Cook, Laugh, Eat!
