Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall! Happy Hour & Meet the Artist

Thursday, September 14, 2017 from 5 – 7 p.m. the Sample-McDougald House will host an end of summer happy hour with the artist to close our seasonal exhibit, “Summertime,” by Susannah Herndon Peddie. Enjoy beer, wine, food, friends and Susannah herself at a happy hour to close the exhibit. This exhibit is a whimsical and fun floral and nature display of larger than life floral prints and quirky graphics. All the artwork on display throughout the House is for sale, and a portion of the proceeds benefit the Sample-McDougald House. The exhibit is on display through September 16, 2017. This is also a great chance to catch up on happenings at the Sample-McDougald House, become a member or take a tour of our 100 year-old house museum.
