A Day in the Life of an Art Restoration Specialist:
- Inventory, document, and evaluate artwork for cleaning and restoration
- Remove, protect, and transport damaged artwork from insured home or business
- Disassemble and evaluate artwork to be cleaned, restored, and/or repaired
- Select and order frames and other replacement items as needed
- Clean, restore, and re-assemble artwork to pre-loss condition
- Deliver restored artwork back to insured home or business
What We are Looking for in You:
- Bachelor’s degree in fine arts is preferred
- Painting background with an understanding of color matching
- Picture-framing experience a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills; providing "white glove" service to our clients
- A professional, clean appearance that represents our brand
- Comfortable working on-site in post-peril (fire, floods, etc.) environments
- Working knowledge of desktop computer applications; Photoshop experience a plus
