The Township Master Community Association, Inc. is comprised of 5,307 units. There are 36 sub associations with homeowners representation. There’s over 12,000 residents of all ages. Located on the NE corner of Copans & Lyons Road in Coconut Creek.
Performing Arts Center
We are proud of our 522 seat Performing Arts Center. We present a variety of shows throughout the year, from full scale Musical productions to Star Packages, at affordable prices. Recently released movies are shown FREE monthly to our residents and their guests with T.C.M.A. ID card.
