Artist calls, exhibition submissions and grant applications often require a current artist bio just to apply. As Artists, we all need a bio that authentically captures who we are, what inspires us and why we do what we do. If that’s you, join us!
Whether you're an experienced artist in desperate need of a bio revamp or maybe you've never mustered up the courage to write one (because let's face it, we all have trouble writing about ourselves without feeling yucky, phonie, fake, or even worse, narcissistic) then this is definitely the professional development workshop for you! Our intention is to keep this workshop small and comfortable for artists at any stage of their careers. We want you to leave feeling empowered with the tools you need to get going on your next projects, and we'll start with helping you create an amazing Artist Bio that will certainly turn heads!
