Art Gallery 21 offers an immersive art installation by three Asian artists that will have you seeing things in a different way.
Inspired by his childhood memories of traditional Chinese writing tools, Art Gallery 21 is pleased to bring Tin Ly’s latest creations to the gallery with clay sculptures for contemplation accompanied by a series of small water-medium paintings. "This body of work represents a fusion of the old with a new way to honor the ritual of physical and mental preparedness before making ART," says Ly. In addition, artists Nga Nguyen and Ellen Blanco offer elements of diversity with their Asian influenced art as a complement to the exhibition.
The exhibit will be unveiled at 6 PM on Saturday, February 18th with an artist's reception and will be open free to the public Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 4 to 8 PM and Sunday from 12 to 6 PM through March 12th. Partial funding is provided by Broward Cultural Division and none of this would be possible without the ongoing support of the City of Wilton Manors.
