Chopin for All: Kamil Pacholec – Finalist at the 2021 International Chopin Piano Competition
The Chopin Foundation of the United States is delighted to present pianist Kamil Pacholec, in two Chopin for All FREE concerts. Born in Poland in 1998, Pacholec just had his Carnegie Hall debut on December 13, 2022. He is currently in the doctoral program at the University of Miami studying with Kevin Kenner after recently graduating with honors from the Academy of Music in Bydgoszcz under Ewa Poblocka. In 2021 he was a finalist at the International Chopin Piano Competition in Warsaw and won an honorable mention. A noted prize winner at many competitions from a young age, Pacholec gave his first concert with orchestra at age 11. South Florida audiences are sure to be impressed with Kamil Pacholec and his program of Albeniz, Bach, and Chopin.
