David Lucca y Los Clasicos pay tribute to the music of El Gran Combo. With more than 60 years in the Latin music business, El Gran Combo is known as the ‘Institution of Salsa’ or the ‘University of Salsa’ and one of the most recognized salsa bands in the world. David Lucca y Los Clasicos explore the history of Latin music and perform hits like Achilipu, Ojos Chinos, La Fiesta de Plilito, Un Verano en NY, Timbalero and many more!

PERFORMER BIO
David Lucca has been in the music business for more than 45 years and has traveled all over the world with artists of the level of Tito Puente, Ray Barreto, Dave Valentin, Hilton Ruiz and many more. Lucca has been nominated for 2 Latin Grammy Awards and has shared the stage with Gilberto Santa Rosa, Victor Manuel, Jose Alberto El Canario, Andy Montanez, and Ismael Miranda. Music runs in the Lucca family; David Lucca is the cousin of Papo Lucca, member of the famed Puerto Rican Salsa band, La Sonora Poncena. David Lucca y Los Clasicos specialize in the 70s Big Band Salsa Style for the Salsa Dancers.

Parking is very convenient with five floors of spaces available in the garage above Arts Garage. Please enter the parking garage on NE 1st Street, just east of Old School Square. Delray Beach charges $5.00 for Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings after 4:00 PM. There is a machine at each elevator entrance where you can pay and then you leave your ticket in your window. You can also download Parkmobile from your app store on your mobile device. (We are Zone 3171.) Once you set up your account, you do not need a paper ticket; your information is logged on the app.
