The Broward Women’s Chorus, which will celebrate its 50th anniversary this season, will present a seasonal concert “Celebrate the Holidays” at North Regional Broward College Library on December 15 at 2pm.  The performance will include Christmas and Hanukkah selections, both traditional and light-hearted, and featuring African, Jamaican, and French songs.  For an evening of beautiful music, sure to bring on the holiday spirit, please make plans to join us at our holiday concert.

The concert is free and open to the public, and is presented by the Friends of the Library.

The chorus is looking for new members.  So, if you’ve been longing to sing again, but haven’t found a chorus, come and join with other women who love to sing.  Rehearsals are every Wednesday at 10am at Sunshine Cathedral, 1480 SW 9th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale 33315.  Please call 954-942-8711 to let us know you’re coming.  Broward Women’s Chorus director is Birgit Fioravante and its accompanist is Carolyn Morgan, both professionals in their fields.
