Join this artist talk about the thematics of the exhibition Morphogenesis with featured artists who will speak about their artwork and concepts. Curator Yi Chin Hsieh will moderate the discussion between artists Beatriz Chachamovits, Lisa Haque, and Judith Berk King. Morphogenesis illustrates the spontaneous and complex creation of form and its relationship to function. At the intersection of art and science, the artworks in this exhibition explore the areas associated with morphogenesis such as shape generation, pattern formation, adaptation, spatial and temporal order, and dynamic systems.
