This workshop uses color to identify and process stress.
Participants will use abstract painting on canvas as a tool to express the ups and downs in their daily lives. They will create 3 canvases with acrylic paint and learn another way to express themselves and let go with creativity of stress.
This workshop is for everyone 8 years and older. You don't need to be an artist. Art can be very therapeutic.
