The Seasons:  Learn about the tenuous relationship between man and water paired with these musical collaborations including the unlikely friendship between Margaret Bonds and Langston Hughes, the tortured collaboration between Piazzolla and Borges,  Tchaikovsky and von Meck’s epistolary relationship,  and Algerian composer Georges Barboteu’s Saisons and his relationship with his father. Each piece features a film made by Argentine filmmaker Pedro Delguy and the music is played live by the South Florida Chamber Ensemble piano duo, featuring Sheng-Yuan Kuan on the piano and Myrna Meeroff on horn and vocals.
