Did you know that more than 100 million trees’ worth of junk mail arrives in American mailboxes each year? Are you part of the solution? …Pondering on the future of forests.
“Fore(st)sight” is an in-situ art installation that addresses the issue of the unnoticed pervasive presence of paper junk mail in our daily life and its impact on us and the environment.
With a focus on the processes and intentions, “Fore(st)sight” is a space that aims to create awareness of our current relationship with the forests and its consequences. It seeks to inspire and ignite action for their preservation beyond the moment of the exhibition and to awaken the latent possibilities for inner transformation and growth.
The exhibition will be on view at: C.B. Smith Park > Shelter #2 located at 900 N Flamingo Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33028. "Fore(st)sight" will take place from September 24, 2022 - September 23, 2023.
