Yacht Rock formed in early 2019 in response to the growing popularity of the genre/music by a group of accomplished musicians, dedicated to recreating Yacht (Soft) Rock in a musically authentic way. YACHT ROCK has been booked at the prestigious Kravis Center, Arts Garage in Delray Beach and the highly regarded Mizner Amphitheater as a headline act…all in its first year of performing. As for the 7 full time members of the band, every member is a working professional musician and in the past several years have performed hundreds of shows separate from Yacht Rock at most every type of venue from bars, to Performing Arts Centers, to Municipality Events, at Homeowners Associations; anywhere there is live music you will find members of YACHT ROCK…and collectively are currently members of “PIECE: An Instrumental Tribute To The Beatles”, “Celebrate: A Tribute to the music of Three Dog Night” and ”Solid Brass: A Tribute to the greatest horn bands” to name a few.
