We invite members of the community to bring a pair of shoes that represent or remind you of a family member or a close friend who has passed. Four workshops (free) will be provided for the community members to complete this art mural project. The 1st meeting will be an introduction of the project and describing words and images of your honored person.

These words and images will be used to design the shoes you brought. Guidance will be given on laying out the design and painting the shoes. The remaining 1st workshop, and the 2nd, 3rd and 4th workshops will be devoted to painting the shoes. Artists, Vicki Rosenthal and Constance McKnight, will be available to assist you with your layouts and painting. Adults will be with their children to oversee their projects.
