Join us on Sunday, February 27th from 3-5 PM as the Jazz in the Pines Concert Series celebrates Black History Month with musical guest, E.J. & Company and live painting artist, Egypt Hagan! E.J. & Company are a professional contemporary jazz group who define their unique sound as “funky, sensual, and rhythmic”. The group have performed and opened for national and international artists including: Earth Wind and Fire, Olivia Newton-John, George Michaels, BB King and more! Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets and lounge chairs to kick back to the soothing sounds of jazz. As E.J. & Company delight the crowd, L.A.-born artist and muralist Egypt Hagan will craft an interactive mural that honors African-American leaders and their many contributions to our nation’s history. Public participation is strongly encouraged.
