On display from January 6- February 24, 2022 at Northwest Regional Exhibit Space (located in Northwest Regional Library) .
A site-specific interactive exhibit featuring the work of Lauren Sopourn.
The New Normal: Reflections is an interactive installation which aims to allow individuals to connect and reflect on something that is relatable to all – understanding and reconciling the changes and emotions individuals are going through during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Viewers are encouraged to interact with the art by scanning the QR code adjacent to the image. The questions will vary based upon the images but examples of questions include:
1. How have you been able to find peace amid the chaos of Covid-19?
2. What has the pandemic taught you not to take for granted?
The questions are designed to make the viewer look within themselves and pause to reflect upon how Covid-19 has impacted their life personally and perhaps reconcile the emotions that are a direct result of Covid-19.
Free Admission. Northwest Regional exhibit space is located inside Northwest Regional Library at 3151 N University Drive,
