MAD Arts, an art initiative developed by MAD, an agency providing a playground for art and artmaking, is excited to announce that it will exhibit the most recent collage art works by internationally acclaimed designer David Carson, entitled XHBTN: The Art + Grafik Design of David Carson.  Carson was dubbed “one of America’s most important artists,” by Smithsonian Institute Magazine. MAD Arts studios (formerly Gallery of Amazing Things) located at 481 S. Federal Highway, Dania Beach, will host a two-night opening reception on Saturday, December 4 and Sunday, December 5 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The two nightly opening receptions of the exhibition coincides with Art Basel taking place from December 2 - 4, 2021. XHBTN: The Art + Grafik Design of David Carson runs December 4, 2021 through January 15, 2022.

The two-night special engagement December 4 and 5 with David Carson is composed of Carson's most recent collage work, some of which is featured in his sold-out book, nu collage.001. Carson’s fine art collages have recently been featured in his 2021 work for Macallan Whisky, Porsche, and in his recent MasterClass which received more than 4 million views, as well as surfboards and skateboards. Short videos about David Carson’s life and work will also be a part of the opening and many of Carson’s new original art pieces will be for sale.
