Sketchbook Habits can be enjoyed in individual sessions or you can save when you sign up for all four November dates! Sketchbook habits meets over four Monday evenings in November on the following dates:

November 1st, 6:30-8:30pm
November 8th, 6:30-8:30pm
November 15th, 6:30-8:30pm
November 22nd, 6:30-8:30pm

Sketchbook Habits: A workshop for anyone. In another new iteration of the Sketchbook Habits workshop previously taught at IS Projects, participants will arrive with a sketchbook and a drawing utensil of their choice. Other materials will be provided by the studio as needed.

Each class will be an exploration of a single technique paired with a single prompt. Participants can expect to explore observational drawing skills, collage, acrylic medium transfers, and writing. Prompts may include: What do you see? Where can you find yourself in the world? What makes you want to make art? What do you need to work?

There will be optional supplementary homework to do in between sessions.
