Visual and media artists are invited to attend a free virtual application workshop to learn about this year's South Florida Cultural Consortium Artist Fellowship grants.
Learn how to make your application stand out, what’s required and who’s eligible at one of three virtual application workshops for professional artists who live and work in Broward, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe, and Palm Beach counties.
The South Florida Cultural Consortium (SFCC) Fellowship Program offers the largest regional, government-sponsored artists’ grants in the U.S., awarding $15,000 and $7,500 fellowships to resident visual and media artists from the five counties.
Celebrating 33 years, the SFCC has awarded over $4 million in grants to more than 300 artists. In addition to receiving the grant, artists take part in an exhibition hosted and organized by a visual arts institution in one of the five counties.
Additional information regarding this year’s application process, deadlines and eligibility will be posted here: https://miamidadepublicart.org/#fellowship
The deadline to apply is December 13, 2021.
