Drawing & Painting

Discover with color as your perfect your painting skills with acrylic, tempera & watercolor. Be inspired by contemporary and master artists to advance your own artistic proficiency.

Ages 5-12 | Tuesday 4-6pm

Teens | Thursday 4-6pm

Mixed Media

Mix and match to create unique works of art in ceramics, drawing, painting, printmaking and more.

Ages 3-4 | Tuesdays 4-5pm

Ages 5-12 | Saturday 9-11am

Clay Magic

Learn the fundamentals of hand-building with coils and slabs to create impressive ceramic sculptures you’ll be proud of.

Ages 5-7 | Thursday 4-6pm

Conceptual & Creative Digital Photography

Practice the fundamentals of digital photography in an interactive environment through activities in and out of class. Learn the basics and get to know some artists along the way. Explore the possibilities of photography through color lighting, documentation, storytelling, physically altering photo objects, using mixed media, collage and more!

Homeschool Group STEAM

Ages 6-12

Homeschool groups enhance your curriculum through engaging and hands-on art lessons that bring to life Science, Technology, Engineering and Math together through the Artist lens. All projects are geared to suit multiple age groups. Classes can be designed around each group’s interests.

Minimum of 10 & max of 15 children per group

Innovative Art Curriculum

Looking for something different? The Young At Art Institute focuses on new engaging themes. Each session introduces artists, media, and techniques in fun and innovative ways. Our multifaceted curriculum offers students the ability to continue their courses at the YAA Institute by enrolling in Ceramics, Drawing, Painting, Photography Mixed Media, Digital Art and Video Game Design so they’ll be able to enjoy a variety of disciplines as they grow up at YAA!

Young At Art has moved and is now open at our new location in Westfield Broward, conveniently located at the corner of South University Drive and West Broward Boulevard. Closest entry is at the far north east side of the mall, north of Buffalo Wild Wings and the circular fountain. Within the mall Young At Art Museum’s new YAA NOW Gallery is located across from Paul Mitchell the School and next to LensCrafters.
