Blues Hall of Fame Inductee Mac Arnold is back at it with Plate Full O’ Blues and will bring it to Arts Garage in Delray Beach!
Mac is one of the few remaining old-school bluesmen who is still putting on a fine show. His musical journey began in the 1950’s where he and his brother Leroy fashioned a guitar from a steel gas can, wood, nails, and screen wire. His early career included working with a young James Brown in the band, J. Floyd & the Shamrocks, and later, Muddy Waters. Mac is a ball of energy that is sure to keep you dancing the night away with true and bluesy favorites and original songs right from the band!

Parking is very convenient with five floors of spaces available in the garage above Arts Garage. Please enter the parking garage on NE 1st Street, just east of Old School Square. Delray Beach charges $5.00 for Thursday, Friday & Saturday evenings after 4:00 PM. There is a machine at each elevator entrance where you can pay and then you leave your ticket in your window. You can also download Parkmobile from your app store on your mobile device. (We are Zone 3171.) Once you set up your account, you do not need a paper ticket; your information is logged on the app.
