Femuscripts: Because manuscripts are overdone.

In honor of Women’s History Month, Femuscripts presents a night of readings on Monday, March 29th at 7 p.m., streaming to their Facebook page.  The night of readings will include short plays, monologues, comedy, and poetry.

The event is a fundraiser for Women in Distress of Broward County.  They operate a 24-hour crisis line, an emergency shelter program with over 130 beds, and provide counseling for children and survivors of domestic violence.

Femuscripts focuses on amplifying female, female-identifying and non-binary voices in theater. All featured readings are original works from artists in Florida. Find them on Facebook at www.facebook.com/femuscripts928 All proceeds will be donated to Women in Distress.
