New grant categories now open! The Cultural Division is hosting a workshop for organizations applying for General Operating Support.

Broward Cultural Division is pleased to announce that the Broward County Board of County Commissioners has approved sweeping changes to the way arts and culture funding is distributed in Broward County.

The Cultural Division’s General Operating Support grant category supports arts and culture organizations in the production and presentation of ongoing, sustainable, high-quality artistic activities that engage the diversity of South Florida’s residents and visitors.

The Cultural Division will be hosting two application workshops Wednesday, December 16, about applying for General Operating Support. Please note that only organizations with existing grants from the Cultural Division will be eligible to apply.

Workshop Details:

Wednesday, December 16, 2020

Morning session: 10:30 AM

Afternoon session: 5:30 PM

These virtual workshops will be hosted via WebEx. You will be emailed a link with instructions to attend after registering for the session through Eventbrite.

The application deadline is February 26, 2021; however, eligibility must be determined by January 8, 2021.
