The Persistent Caravan
will take place at FATVillage Projects, a 5000 square feet art space in the growing Fort Lauderdale Art district. The project will be open for viewing to the public from January 25th to April 6th, 2020.

The collaboration focuses on socio-political issues relevant to the artists' personal and collective experiences as migrants, encouraging dialogue around migration, displacement, and internment, pressing matters in our current political climate.

The immersive multimedia installation creates a powerful empathetic inducing environment that will engage all the senses of the viewer. The work focuses on the migrants' physical and emotional struggles through their perilous journeys.

Funding for this project is provided in part by the Broward County Board of County Commissioners as recommended by the Broward Cultural Council.
