Our ocean loving beach community is celebrating Earth Day at the 2nd Annual Free Our Seas Environmental Art Festival on Hollywood Beach. The focus of the festival is to highlight our interconnectedness with the ocean and marine life through creative and inspiring art. Last year’s inaugural festival boasted over 1,500 festival goers who enjoyed a sunny day filled with art exhibits inspired by nature, as well as environmentally themed pieces. Food trucks, live music, children’s activities, eco artist marketplace, ocean conservation zone, community art installation, sea oat restoration and feedings of Captain the Rescued Sea Turtle added to the festivities.
