Create your own skateboard deck with Professor Paul Schmitt.

CreateAskate.org’s Founder, Paul Schmitt, owns and operates the largest and most successful skateboard manufacturing company in the United States. For nearly three decades Schmitt’s company has been considered the innovative leader in design and manufacturing of the highest quality skateboards for skateboarders around the world. In fact, Schmitt is considered by many within the billion-dollar skateboard industry to be the ‘Godfather’ of modern-day skateboard deck manufacturing. His reputation has earned him the apropos nickname, “Professor Schmitt.”

Professor Schmitt’s unique program is dedicated to helping people create a hand-made version of one of his professional quality skateboard decks.

Skateboards helped change Professor Schmitt’s life…maybe, just maybe, participating in the CreateAskate.org program will help participants discover for themselves some of the same powerful consequences by creating their own personalized professional quality skateboard deck!

Admission Info

Spots are limited to 10 people every 30 minutes. Session will be from Noon to 8pm only.

Duration: 30 minutes
Difficulty: Easy, Good for all ages
Included: Create-A-Skate Intro Class, Instruction, Deck, All Supplies Need to Design Your Own Deck
Schedule: October 19 Only at Daytime Radness
Time: 12pm – 5pm (30 minute sessions)
Cost: $30.00 deck; $5 if you would also like to design a sheet of griptape

Learning math and science doesn’t have to be all textbooks and rulers; sometimes it can be skateboards and Sharpie markers.

By getting your hands a little dirty and crafting a cool end product, Create a Skate founder Paul Schmitt believes people become more motivated during the math and science lessons.
