Express yourself playing taiko drums using mental focus, physical movement, counting, and play as a team - Hitting a big drum can help with stress relief! Taiko drumming is not just about making music; it's a full-body workout that can help reduce stress, improve coordination, and boost your overall mood.
Parents are encouraged to stay during the workshop and participate in a Japanese art, such as origami.

This one-hour Taiko Drumming for Better Mental and Physical Health Workshop is for teens 13-17 years old.
Event admission is $35 with registration available through Eventbrite.
