Hello Arts Calendar Friends

A four-week minimum lead time is recommended for submissions, when possible, to make sure the editor has time to review your request with ample time for your event to be promoted on the calendar and relevant feeds. Once the administrator reviews and approves the submission, the event will be posted on the calendar.

Create An Account (if you don't already have one)

Click the ‘LOGIN’ button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Returning Users: Enter your username/email & password.

New Users: Click ‘Register Your Account’ and follow the prompts.

Update Your Profile Picture: Stand out from the rest...

  • From the dashboard menu, go to Organization/Business or Artist > Profile
  • Submit profile information you’d like listed 
  • From the dashboard menu, go to Organization/Business or Artist > Photos
  • Follow the instructions to upload photo and click ‘SUBMIT PHOTO’ button

Submit an Event: Grow Your Audience

  • Once logged in to your dashboard, go to ‘Events’ 
  • Click the ‘Add New’ button
  • Fill in all required and relevant detail fields
  • Preview and submit your event
  • Your event will be posted once it is approved by Broward Cultural Division
  • Events posted to ArtsCalendar.com may be shared on social media so be sure to follow @BrowardArts on all platforms

New Image Guidelines: Put your best photo forward...

In keeping with our effort to ensure the best visual experience possible, we request images adhere to the following guidelines:

  • A minimum of 1000 pixels wide at 72 pixels per inch
  • No images larger than 2MB
  • No text on image/graphic (all event information will be included in the descriptions)

Important: If the uploaded image fails to meet the above guidelines (or you need us to choose an image for you), we will select from a library of high-quality generic stock images to represent your event.
