The countdown to Broward 100’s Duende, the party of the century, is upon us in just a few days. Are you getting excited to dance and take in a loaded weekend of fun, live music, theater, and nearly every art form known to man? Yeah! Team Broward 100 sure is…beyond excited. We’re dancing atop our desks and getting restless for the big weekend.

That’s why we thought to offer you guys something special, Fruio, an app to help you document the Duende experience in full force like a modern gal and guy would do. Say cheese, it’s selfie time, just be sure to hashtag #Duende, so we can see your lovely smiles.

For those with smartphones, iPhone and Android, attendees can download Fruio (it’s free!) from the Apple app store. If you don’t have one of these smartphones, find a friend who does to check it out and get the full advantage.

This easy to use app, which means ‘enjoy’ in Latin, was designed to allow users to shoot, edit and create videos. Fruio can handle your video creation process like a one-stop shop, done seamlessly in one place. You can use keywords and hashtags to find particular content, and to see what your fellow party-goers are up to.

Once you create an account and download your selfies and silly dance steps or whatever you wish to capture in the app, the fine folks at Fruio will curate it and monitor the content before posting it to the main site – fruio.com.

Another neat feature Fruio offers is it gives attendees access to Duende’s entire – and mind blowing – entertainment schedule, which makes picking what to do, see, and experience in a snap. Now the hard part is deciding what to do, we know there’s a ton of awesomeness going on.
