Angelica Clyman is a visual artist who lives and works in her home city of Hollywood, Florida. Her oil paintings, sculptures, and prints depict Florida locations existing as both past and present, seeking to find a sense of place, history, and home in an environment that is shifting so rapidly. Her solo exhibitions include Things Look Bright All Over (BC South Gallery) and Land of Sunshine (IS Projects) and her work is in the permanent collection of the Miami Children’s Museum. She holds degrees from Florida International University (MFA) and New World School of the Arts (BFA). Clyman currently teaches studio art at Broward College and is the director of the Rosemary Duffy Larson Gallery.
