Sol Children Theatre Troupe

SOL CHILDREN THEATRE TROUPE has been active in the community, both city and county, since moving to its own 70-seat theatre on Federal Highway in north Boca Raton over ten years ago. Sol is active in both the Boca Raton Cultural Consortium and the Palm Beach County Cultural Council. Each season Sol stages a Shakespeare play and theatre for young adults, in addition to a full season of plays, musicals, concerts, improv nights and more eclectic theatrical offerings. Sol has partnered with the Palm Beach County School District and Olympic Heights Community High School the past seven years to provide an intensive musical theatre performing arts camp for 7 to 17 year olds … with many of the graduates placed in musical theatre colleges across the country … from the University of Miami to Cornish College of the Arts Seattle. In addition youngsters take classes in acting, voice, musical theatre & improv throughout the week.
