Sit, Sing and Swing

Sit, Sing and Swing started in 2017 as a creative concert venture between international soul and inspirational recording artist LaVie, and musician /creative entrepreneur Allen C.Paul as a vehicle to present a unique, intimate soul and jazz experience to audiences in South Florida who have limited access to quality live concerts in these styles.

Sit Sing and Swing includes a series of three concerts a year during the summer, in which each takes place in a specified venue that is ideal for live performance and a great experience for our audience. The concerts generally take place on Sunday evenings of July, August and September. The concerts are 2-3 hours in length from opening of doors and seating to finish, and include a performance by a local guest artist, followed by a feature performance by the SSS band. The material of the performance vary from jazz standards, to instrumental pop and soul covers, and also include original music by the performers and rarely performed arrangements of classic soul and Rhythm and Blues.
