Celebrating the Art of Community

2015 marks the 100th birthday of Broward County. Broward 100 is embarking on a yearlong centennial celebration between October 2014 and October 2015 to showcase the communities within the County and commemorate its history, culture and arts.  Broward 100 will commemorate Broward County’s centennial with bold, innovative art and performance projects that attract visitors and bring Broward residents together using our arts, sports and recreation venues, natural attractions and incredible diversity to creatively bridge, bond and build their communities. Broward 100 will be framed by the four cornerstones of community engagement: VisualEYES, Calendar 100, Inside Out Broward, and Duende, the grand finale.
